It's been about 2 years since me and moggy made a start-stop animation video of our dolls - so we spent the weekend making one of our updated outfits, including new crew members, weapons and props! I wanted to use trance music, but it didnt fit well with our angsty storyline and character relationships, so we went with emo music - "Tears Don't Fall" by A bullet for my valentine.

Weee, just came back from spending 3 days up in South Lake Tahoe (I drove 4 hours there and back - the drive was very enjoyable despite going round mountains). Me, mog and our mom brought Abyss (our 1 year old Siberian Husky), as well as Raven and Celes (our two newest dolls) with us.
We lived in the coolest inn/ suite ever! Three-Peaks Resorts was dog-friendly; their rooms were decorated with wood walls and wooden furniture, and surrounded by really tall pine trees. It's too bad we only took pics of our dolls indoors, since summer time was making all the pines dust EVERYTHING with green/ yellow pine seeds.(it's really kinda gross lol, it got into our clothes, stained the car, into our food etc etc)

Raven arrived this morning at 9am - I had to chase down the mailman in my pajamas after he all but pressed the doorbell ONCE! No no, I don't need to wait another day or two trying to track Raven down in the returned-mail at the post office!

USSFOA = United States Sorting Facility OA, based in San Francisco. I can just imagine the people seeing a scan of his package and going "WTF is that!!" LOL
And Graduation was today! I miss wearing that gown already, it's made of synthetic stuff so it was so hot under the morning sun during the ceremony, but it reminds me of my S'pore MGS potato-sack uniform!
Once again, grats to everyone that graduated!

Nothing makes me happier (at this point in my life anyway) on the morning of my last Final exam in university life, than to see that my newest doll has just been shipped out from Korea - YESYESYES Dream of Doll finally just shipped out my Raven, after 8 weeks of waiting! The last 4 days of waiting at the mail isn't gonna be half as bad now that I know he's actually coming!!
Raven is my most anticipated doll since Glade actually - aside from being a homme ducan (I love love love that mold so much - havent been so crazy over a mold since Lunaris came home TWO years ago), I've got so much to experiment with on him! His hair's gonna be crazy, and yes, the wings - oh god, haven't made them yet but it's gonna be an ambitious project XD
For those who dunno what the default Ducan is:
He's coming with default face-up too - i love DOD faceups too much! (Lunaris still has his from DOD, just in brown not default)
Raven is gonna be the 2nd full vampire after Arcia (she's his sire btw), but he's a messed up one because he betrayed the Phantom Sentinel Organization (which Lunaris and Celes are part of) to become a vampire - weeee gonna have more drama in our crew with him in the picture! <3

I've made human-sized feathered wings for cosplay before, so it's definitely about time I made a pair for aBJDs! I coincided making them with the Dream of Doll Anniversary Contest event that ended a week ago.
It was a challenge to make it as light as possible, and i'm still figuring out what's the best way for a doll to wear them without using something obvious like straps or ribbons.
Here's Lunaris, my pretty emo battle-priest modelling them - I think it suits him so well I might as well give it to him (although in my story he isn't suppossed to have wings at all lol)

LUTS delivers fast again! Moggy's CP White skin DELF Miyu arrived not 4 days after she was paid for with paypal! (A similar story of how Carnage, our CP EL, arrived within a week after payment 1.5 years ago) We spent most of Friday and Saturday giving her a faceup (mog messed up on the first try so we had to erase everything) - I also took the time to redo Glade's faceup - and I am so pleased with it XD It's prolly my best faceup so far
Anyhow, pics! Celes is quite the pouty one (cos she's very haughty) but she can smile a little too :)

So me and Moggy decided to make alts in WOW that we'd take to 70 on our own free time, with both of them levelling together:
Taken in Ashenvale at lvl 35-ish, from left: Strikenoir, Breakaway.
Breakaway: named after a LUTs' dollfie DELF mold; my alt, to be a raiding holy paladin at 70
Strikenoir: named after a gundam from Gundam Seed Destiny; moggy's alt, to be a pvp rogue at 70 as well as her farming character.
Basic strategy: Strikenoir kills, Breakaway heals. Quite the crazy levelling pair :)

Our Hyperresonance gang has all hit lvl 58 and made it to the OUTLAND early this morning! I'm so proud of everyone XD
Going strong from lvl 1 to now, it's mind boggling how all of us kept within 1 level of each other. Now we'll be levelling our last 12 levels in the newest continent from the latest wow expansion - working towards Epic land mounts & eventually the Flying mounts!

Had a really fun night watching disturbing Gackt videos with Shaf and Moggy - and Shaf stumbled upon Moggy's neglected fanime Kingdom Hearts II Kairi outfit! She put it on for us, and looked absoluely marvelous! And we have a VIDEO of it, except that it was taken crooked...
uh, I need someone movie-program-savvy to help me fix it, but it's still funny so watch it anyways! And yeah, Moggy's excited laughing squeals in the background is music to it =D

My car's back! (well, technically, I named it Vinny, but I've never called it that) The past 2 days have been utter joyfulnes for me, no more walking under swealtering summer heat to get to places, and no more walking past my empty spot in the parking lot outside the apartment ^___^
The autobody shop did a marvellous polishing job (metallic colored cars need alot of polishing to bring out the 'shine') to make up for the 3 week extension of hogging my car. My car's definitely one of my highest loved possessions (thanks mum, thanks papa! <3) - I'm gonna drive it so much this coming week before going back to Sing (I don't dare drive in Sing - the roads are overrun with scary drivers that don't give you slack in changing lanes), and definitely work off my bumper-phobia.

anyhows, had an interesting experience squishing minced beef (with spring onions and chillies) with moggy just now - they've become the 15+ tiny meatballs in my spaghetti noodles for dinner! so yummy!!! gonna be a geek and update dollfie site again with an intro page - seriously, i've never put so much work into a site since Cerulean Wings, which has been retired since at least 2 years ago... but yeah, Lunaris there looks alot like Lunaris Frozenwrath (my Lahoo dollfie) ^^;; And I suddenly realized the uber similiarities in looks of Kyokou -> Glade, and Callie -> Edelia! OMG!!!!!!! and i still have maybe 6 chapters of the Cerulean story in my old computer somewhere, which i'd never found fit to be posted online - because it has shounen-ai! Ahahahahaaaaa XD (oh dear... i see so much sappy stuff in the galleries there, nuuuu, project Netherwind Embrace better not become like that! (Rofl, getting evil giggles thinking of how moggy had even agreed to CG 2 topless guys!)

Ok, so I'm suddenly thinking of getting a Gamecube - for PSO of course! naybe Super Smash Bros Melee, but not as much as PSO. then moggy reminded me that the new Gamecube RevolutionWii was coming out soon and I went to look up details on it being released - I'm soo amused by the 84 pages of comments (many deleted/ edited by moderators) in the gamespot page about Wii's awesome name! I'm reading page 3, and my stomach is hurting from all the giggling.
If i get the Wii, I have to wait... and the new Zelda is prolly the only game I care/know the slightest about for that system. getting a cheap used Gamecube still sounds like a more ideal plan. *still deciding*

I like phantasy Star! played so much of it yesterday, and i wanna play more XD Been awhile since i'd last gotten into 4 player games, despite this one splitting the tv screen into 4 - i dunno whether to be stupefied or impressed at how me, moggy, mike and adam played so long just squinting at the small section of each of our screens! darn, and levelling is tough! my char was a magey (hee i like magic) and he's kinda falling behind on the other chars, but I'm gonna deal with it anwyays - It's the hard things/ character classes I always go for (even thinking back on cosplay choices... i'm such a happy fool)
trying to juggle time now with replying lj-comments (My other lj account is always so busy! just trying to keep up with lj-friends' dollfie activities (Hii-chan's dollfie is sooo pretty!) is hard work, although i've never found myself happier and more amused reading blogs that eagerly either) - have a little bit of religion class reading for summer school to do before monday, but it shouldnt be that hard so i'll do it later, and then i also wanna complete Valkyrie profile since i bought it when mike spotted it in valleyfair mall several months ago. 12 hours into the game, currently at chapter 3 out of 8 chapters - it should be over and done with soon, pretty fun game but i guess i wanna complete it and have more time for dollfie projects and phantasy star (I miss it already! XD it's more fun than FF crystal chronicles, and keeps us all more busy than in Tales of Symphonia!) - I wanna see how strong a force (magic) character can really get, and how I fare in the patience/ endurance test of levelling him!

Early morning today from 6am, where me and mog got to meet Mike's cousin paul, a 50+ unmarried guy that's close to their family - he was really friendly and entertained us conversationally in the earlier part of the SCU's 2006 graduation ceremony cos the perez family came late. the ceremony itself was really similiar to my MGS graduation one, except the chairs were alot harder (it was held outdoors in the small football stadium) and the sun was almost cruel on everyone (although the lack of humidity was always appreciated). anyhow, mike joined us soon, and we stayed at the graduation till erin's name was called and she went up on stage to receive her diploma.
